Amazing performances (many Welles' former co-actors from the Mercury Theater),

ground-breaking cinematography, excellent script, startlingly "modern" direction--- C K has it all. The film truly rewards the best visual presentation possible. A great home system at least 65" is the way to go--- but a poor substitute, that said, for a theater with a good print.
Don't forget "The Magnificent Ambersons." It gets short shrift, but in its own way, approximates the greatness of C K.
