"Martha Marcy May Marlene:" this film could have been made by Michael Haneke:

creepy w/out needing to resort to much violence.
A young woman escapes from a rural cult, fleeing to the upscale lake home of her recently married yuppie sister and her successful husband, but experiences deep psychological problems in trying to adjust to "freedom."
Elizabeth Olsen, sister of the billionaire Olsen twins, shows she is the true talent of the family: she makes you believe she is this tortured soul.
John Hawkes, the very believable uncle character in last year's best American film, "Winter's Bone," shows that that turn was no fluke: he is properly messianic in his role as the cult leader.
For grits: not only a good film but one that shows quite a lot of nice fleshy female bits: Olsen has the curves of a young Scarlett Johansson.
