...but it's very intense. Some of the violence is mind boggling, but it's a not a throw away, like a QT movie. Spirituality, and the battle between man and the forces of nature are prominent elements in the drama. Also, prominent is the depiction of the destruction of the indigenous population, i.e.... the Native Americans. Very painful to watch. It will stay with me for a while, and that's saying something for a Hollywood flick. Regards.
