When asking this question one might consider that the only market advantage hollywood still holds is CGI. Everything else can be done in a local studio, with local language and actors,

I don't have to mention the tremendous income generators these movies can be, nobody in any business would turn down that kind of cake.

I think those two factors will slow the pendulum of change.

I don't sweat it. Part of it is a senior discount makes a dud lees of a burn, but also I realize it is hard to make a good movie, no matter the type or budget. A big budget at least gives you something to watch, the money on the screen,when all else fails.
