.... The chain store I was referring to is Retravision.

They DO have some panels with sale prices listed but most seem to just have a little sticker and barcode with the recommended retail price on it.

Some of the recommended retail prices are way over 100% on top of wholesale.

Retail prices are routinely quoted as tax inclusive.

All electrical retailers will haggle on price even when they say they wonâ€™t :o)

There has been some good shore breaks around here lately but I havenâ€™t had a surf for about a month. I still swim in the pool here though :o)
