I've got 3 rental dvd's next to my tv right now...

...and when and if the company goes under, completely under, I will miss them. Video stores are great places to shop/rent films, buy some sodas and popcorn, and discuss the latest releases with knowledgeable clerks. The other delivery systems mentioned are so impersonal, and are still inferior to having a disk in hand (My opinion, of course!).
