DVD player to view PAL and other formats

I confess I enjoy the wheeler dealer series of car shows on cable. They appear to be available only in pal format. Is there a good quality "universal" player that will play various dvd formats as well as blue ray? This will not be a high end "sound system" just looking for good video. Thanks Norm
