actresses. Your favorite among the Three Blondes? Favorite film? I'd go with a very young Polley in, "The Sweet Hereafter," and then, "Melancholia," starring Dunst.
Follow Ups:
are Kids and The Last Days of Disco.
My favorite Sarah Polley movie, by a mile, is Existenz. It does not seem to get much respect in the Cronenberg canon, but it's my personal favorite.
Sarah Polley - The Secret Life of Words
Friends have recommended it to me but my view of reality is dystopian such that I prefer comedy for escape. IMHO, all three are good actresses.

some pretty good dystopian films, out there...
It makes the world go round and we get dizzy :)

should be hanging in art museums and on Mt. Rushmore. Perfection should be on display.
Drove through Mississippi on a recent trip, through two different regions: a stretch between Memphis and New Orleans and another from Baton Rouge to Natchez. Absolutely beautiful countryside, lush and green and vey forested. Natchez? Nice little town where we stayed in a B&B that should be nationally ranked: museum quality pieces (the family heirlooms) furnished the entire 19 century home. Now, I'm not in favor of letting y'all secede, anymore...
before the Northern Aggression commenced. Most of the mansion owners were from Louisiana! Hard to flood uphill. The Antebellum Attitude abounds in the river cities.

Sevigny, on the other hand, has had nice, neh, excellent, supporting roles but has yet to carry a feature length film? Her work in TV series, Russian Doll, Bloodline, American Horror Story, Those Who Kill(!), Big Love), etc., can't be overlooked either.
FWIW, love to see Dunst as a lead actress more often. Check out "Dick" if you haven't already. Silly fun. She and Michelle Williams perfectly cast as teen airheads who get a job as Nixon's dog walkers during the middle of the Watergate scandal. Even better, great as the underdog high school girl in a beauty contest in the criminally overlooked (with a bit of a dark side) Drop Dead Gorgeous (brilliant spoof of teen beauty pageant's).

of Hollywood for having such piss-poor writing, in general. Sevigny was very good in, "Last Days of Disco," and of course, her actual, filmed fellatio upon co-star and director Vincent Gallo in, "Brown Bunny" took some.... dedication.
