I need to purchase a 6ft componant video cable. I can go to Home Depot and buy an RCA set for $17 or I can spend up to $100 at Circuit City. Am I going to benefit by spending more? Are there basic qualities that you would want in your cables before you consider them? I'm sorry if this post seems basic, but I trust the opinion of those on this board more than that of a salesman.

A lot of folks, myself included, use the Bluejeans cables. A 6' set will be about half $$$ of those CC cables. Buy both and compare, if you like.BTW, I"m not affiliated with them, just a satisfied customer.
