Sorry for the verbose subject line, but I wasn't sure how to break the ice with my inquiry.I have a theater room with a front projection LCD projector projecting onto an eight foot wide screen (a little over 10 foot diagonal) and currently watch cable TV, VCR, DVD, X-Box and PC sources via the projector.
My question is whether or not anyone has ever heard of a product that would output 4 (or more) TV signals to a viewing source (my projector in this case) and segment my screen into four pieces allowing me to view the four channels simultaneously. I can't believe I'm the only one in the world who would love to have such a thing, and it also doesn't seem like a miracle of engineering either. It seems like we're talking about a box with 4 or more TV tuners that produces the signal output that presents the four images. Perhaps it would also allow you to alternate the audio output to the channel you wanted to listen to at any given moment.
Sorry for the long message, but this has been bugging me for while and I will definately appreciate any input. Thanks everyone.
