Consider bi-amping. I'm using 2 Curcio MKIII's for my L/R upper range amps, crossed over to a much modified Adcom GFA-555 for the woofers. 60 watts used above 300Hz generates lots of SPL! Most of the power is eaten up below 200Hz. For my Center I'm using a Curcio MQ-100 with 4 6550's. 100 watts of tube power is more than enough for my full range Center. I don't think it's worth it for the surrounds yet, but that may change if true SACD/DVD-A mutltichannel ever becomes a reality(I'm not holding my breath).Mike
