 We seem to be totally out of luck, any time we try to start a movie we get an error Code 13, with no explanation.

An email to their service produced a boiler plate impersonal response, also mentioning they are overwhelmed.

Does anyone have luck?

 since it doesn't seem to want to play with our Firestick.

They say it will - the machines says different.

Been a week, but after this Holyday weekend we give them 3 more days to correct it or we go Criterionless again.

It's all '70s and '80s fraternity hijinks epics. After 2200 hours it switches to maximum firepower and car chases. For $99.00/month, it's a real value.
