The trailer for this showed glimpses of normal life in the rig. Edited out. We get right to it.

This thing builds a strong sense of tension punctuated by jump-scares. They got me once until I discerned the rhythm. You have the constant stress of decompression and implosion and these nasty, revenging creatures who desire you as canapes.

The cast was good for this kind of movie. They had high aspirations for it and T.J. Miller is so fun to listen to as well.

I would advertise this as: "No one can hear you scream with lungs full of water." Or, "Alien 180".

Have fun if you are a horror junkie.

Based on your comments.

Based on the terrible trailer, I'd have waited 'till it was free.

Obviously, you aren't as bored as I am. My rugby team has disbanded.

Go figure. The trailer looked like a dumpster fire to me but people are liking it.

It's got a decent idea but not realized. Good lead performance, but the effects underwater are tough to really see and there isn't ny character development. Alien meets the Poseidon Adventure.
