You went LOUD in the first sequence, your characters' dialog was mostly garbled, and, once again, you proved yourself smarter than me by burying me inside an incomprehensible plot with forgettable protagonists. I wonder why I go to your films?

With all the pseudo-science garbled about, we know that the villain (Branagh)has discovered that the new Plutonium 241 has time-inversing properties and that he plans on . . .

The elongated Debicki plays Branagh's unloving wife while Pattison and Washington are counterparts trying to disarm the 241 bomb, somewhere.

Washingon was awful, IMO. I'm not sure if Nolan did the time dishonored Brit thing of playing Americans as hillbillies, cowboys, or dummies, but Washington fit in that grouping. He just didn't seem to belong.

I know Nolan lovers will disregard this and you should. You are going to love it no matter what anyone says. Nolan fans must have perfect hearing in order to keep up with the dialog because I don't.

(I wonder if Nolan's excitable volume control makes his movies "memorable" despite lack of substance?)

PS. This movie is a special effects doozy like all his others so that might be a compensating factor.

He's made too many bad movies and he makes the same mistakes over and over again.

Watching a Christopher Nolan movie is like reading a Stephen King novel... you keep hoping it will get better, but it doesn't.
