Anna Lou disappears and special agent Vogel (Tony Servillo) is sent in to solve things. His methods rely on using the media to create suspicions and suspects which cause a lot of personal turmoil.

Well acted, Servillo creates a draconian atmosphere that upends hidden histories and indiscretions. John Reno (local psychiatrist) helps carry the film forward while interviewing Vogel. The location is near-Alpine located n Italy.

Worth a shot.

After about 30 minutes I felt like going to bed... which I did.

My Jewish New Year resolution is to try to finish it.

Good effort, enjoyable. But watching Servillo work is always a delight---, posted on September 18, 2020 at 15:11:31

I think he is practicing his Patric speak.

He sent me some wonderful bottles of wine and a great book. I couldn't return the favor on the wine because of restrictions. I understand you met him in person. I envy you that...

I cherish his memory, posted on September 18, 2020 at 18:29:01

I have visited his lovely home and family several times, he was truly my closest friend. He drove me mad many times, and he had that unique way of expressing himself.

Lucky you. "The kid" kept us from visiting until... it was too late. nt, posted on September 19, 2020 at 15:23:19
