It's Trailer #2. Many new clips. It's a Ridley Scott thing, you know, building suspense., posted on March 1, 2017 at 09:41:39

Of pursuing the engineers and answering the BIG question. I guess audiences wanted more gore and less thing king.

PS. Geiger's Alien is truly a timeless scary beast.

I beg to differ. Nt, posted on March 1, 2017 at 09:43:21

The drooling eating disorders, not so much. Maybe they'll fix that a bit with this new one. "Covenant" implies some kind of communication.

think Paradise Lost, the original title for the sequel. Plus David and Dr. Shaw are in the sequel. Nt, posted on March 1, 2017 at 12:14:21

RE: well the episode title does suggest some sort of contractual agreement..., posted on March 1, 2017 at 15:41:20
...therefore we can assume that the agreement will be between the engineers and humans. I don't suspect that the alien creatures would be capable of drawing up any sort of agreement.

or...I could be completely wrong.

I see no evidence of engineers in the trailers. What's up with that? LOL, posted on March 1, 2017 at 16:54:06

me neither, yet the word covenant suggests a binding agreement between at least two parties...nt, posted on March 1, 2017 at 17:11:59

Between 2 parties. Hmmmm...Maybe that's why the title is Alien Covenant. LOL NT, posted on March 1, 2017 at 17:29:23

Awesome first line of Trailer 2: "You've all sacrificed so much to be here." Lol. Nt, posted on March 1, 2017 at 17:38:01

Looks like a cheap horror movie. Maybe that's for the lowest common denominator.
