Jackie is no spring chick and his special brand of parkour may be missing but he still has a few moves left as he faces off against terrorists who killed his daughter in a London bombing. Chan does a lot of determined grieving. He approaches London police on several occasions trying to find out the names of her killers. There hasn't been enough time for names to turn up when Jackie sees Brosnan on the television as a former expert on IRA affairs (having been a commander of sorts decades ago). Now Jackie is convinced Brosnan is holding back and begins his own personal terrorism against him with unexplained tricks and talents. The action picks up with explosions, flying fists, and feet, but not so much that a sixty-year-old shouldn't be capable. Brosnan tries to control the new upstarts of the IRA with little success and it turns out to be a family affair. There are lots of twists to keep you interested. Seems Chan is going for drama in his films instead of the total, cutesy, martial arts guy he once was. I felt it was a good balance with the good story and excellent production values. Worth a look.
