It's a NetFlix offering. The Mrs. and I started watching last night. Watched the first three episodes and plan to watch the rest soon. It's darker, but humorous, version of "Groundhog Day". Probably a bit more like "Happy Death Day". Amy Poehler and Natasha Lyonne co-created it, and Lyonne stars as Nadia, the main character. Check it out. It's good for a few laughs and I do enjoy Lyonne's performance. You may like it.

...I like Natasha, so will definitely give it a shot.

It'll be while though. I just started Shameless and am only on Season 2.

Vulgarity and stupidity run amuck. Netflix seems determined to provide content that most normal people will hate.

when I saw the trailers I was stupified that NF would finance it. It's going to take a slow day for me to watch the first episode. I don't want it to dampen 'Happy Death Day 2'.

The trailer is better than the show, posted on February 5, 2019 at 14:46:15

I enjoyed watching her die repeatedly, but I hated the show, and all the people in it.

5 episodes in and probably wil finish tonight. It's not bloated, episodes only 24 minutes. It goes quickly and keeps me interested in this odd mystery. Sort of like a long twilight zone but full of sharp dialog. The star, with whom I am unfamiliar, keeps up a quick patter of smart aleck remarks, obscure cultural references and witty repartee. And I like the musical choices too.

I figured out where I knew her from. She was so familiar and I couldn't place her. Turns out it's from Orange Is The New Black. NF and I parted way after season 2 of OITNB, so haven't seen her in anything for a while.

But, I can see how some people will really like it.

I tell my wife: 'See! That's why I left New York.'

So, are the follow on episodes just as good or are they all sick in the same way??

Yes. No. Maybe. It kept my interest and it had enough twists it didn't get boring. It's only eight episodes, so in for a penny, in for a?? Give it a shot.

I'm actually looking forward to season two.

Just finished it. Sharp script, unselfconscious acting, made me giggle.
