What cables come with most DVD players?

I'm trying to mass-order some audio and video cables for an upcoming DVD purchase and also a 3-channel amp I am getting used soon so I was curious as to what cables come with most DVDs out there. Do they provide a cheap composite RCA cords for audio and video? I am planning on going S-video from the deck to the TV (only one video source) and a Coax digital to a
DD decoder. I'm assuming that even if the DVD did come with an S-video cable, it'd probably be kind of cheap.

Thanks in advance...
Jay

The low/mid level DVD players typically come with cheap cables that you might want to replace with better ones.

The ones that come with them are pretty cheap. You'll likely need to buy a coax digital cable as these typically aren't included.

Canare cables are inexpensive and fairly good. The link below is a good mail order source. Note the cable are sold separately so you need 2 for stereo. 10 designer colors are offered. If you don't specify color you get black.

My DV-414 did not come with s-video or digital audio cables.
