and the acting was top superb, the story good, the writing excellent.
Dern was brilliant (and I don't particularly even care for her): it ain't the quantity but the quality.
Don't remember which film it was but someone won best supporting for (IIRC) a sub three minute performance.
Keep 'em wanting more.
