I've only read through one AVS forum thread and AACS was supposed to be "robust" (?) protection scheme.

Which can adapt to successful "hacks". I.e. once broken, can be fixed, only to be broken again and again in a cat and mouse game. BD+ is alleged to be more robust but I've no doubt the hackers will be up to the challenge. But if it helps keep most of the studios away from HD-DVD in favor of Blu-ray, I'm okay with it.

Not that I care about piracy, I've yet to burn a DVD.
