'Where'd you go, Bernadette: A few clicks above a Summer movie . . .

Blanchett is an off-the-wall architect who has ignored her craft for 20 years in Seattle. While her demanding home may have belonged to the Addams Family her civic conscious neighbors are enough to drive her crazy. Blanchett is a frenetic pinball searching for what's wrong in her life and she does her usual fine job with a good supporting cast. Funny, touching, and always off-kilter, Bernadette makes a connection and vanishes.
Not quite a "femploytation" film it is rather chickified. The SO will like it.
