A tv series worth time -- Imposters

Posted by free.ranger on March 25, 2017 at 07:06:16:

Its been around for a month on the Bravo network (with back episodes all on Comcast's On-Demand).

This is different; an alternating dark and light comedy about a gang going around fronting a babe who targets lovers for them. Both men and women fall for her and marry her, at which point she starts casing their assets for cash-and-carry divorces. They disappear back into the quantum multiverse.

The players, those who get played, team up to track her down, while the gang moves on to fresh meat. Targets are chosen by the "doctor"; a mysterious control villain.

Its hilarious. Mostly. Very different for story and script. So far, the darker parts only imply violence and mayhem, but that may change. The funny interplay had me laughing out loud. I think you will find this one refreshingly interesting. Highly recommended that you check this one out. Regular showtime is on Tuesdays.
