I never pay attention to the Tomatometer, but wife looked, and it showed solid 100%, so proceed at your own peril.

Fists In The Pockets - a 1965 film by Italian director Marco Bellocchio.

You will certainly see some of that dark Pasolini in it, and it is not the most pleasant film to watch - be forewarned.
