late arrival

I was late to the Hereditary party - but I watched it (twice) yesterday.

Hereditary was totally spooky and Toni Collette was magnificent. Hereditary was impressive the 2nd viewing - because it was almost made to watch again to pick up understated story "clues".

I don't usually enjoy "slow burn" spooky movies like "The Babadook". I'm a bit impatient and want the characters to walk up the dark spooky stairs and open the damn door. But Hereditary was eventful enough, even for me.

Toni Collette's enraged outburst at the dinner table was an incredible scene - in any genre.

Have a great day
