I know this has been mentioned before but I have to say this is a wonderful teaching tool to show teens about death and the futility of war. At the end of the credits, Peter Jackson does about 30 minutes explaining how it was all pulled together. It was a monumental task pulling together archival film, documentary voices, and getting the colorization just right. (This film can activate PTSD by the way death was presented.)

If you like war history, this is a must see. Can't wait for the BD.
