As a matter of fact...

You sound like Rene Rodriguez, film critic for the Miami Herald.
If it doesn't have English subtitles, it's garbage. I actually
saw the French film translated "The Dinner Game" the other night
at the Miami Film Festival and it had to be one of the funnier
films I have seen in my life. Even when being read.As far as Austin Powers goes, I believe this screenplay has
some all time great one liners and monologues, in a dark and
sinister vein, to date. Dr. Evil's ranting about "growing up" is
sheer genius. Don't knock it until you've listened to it a
couple of times. One is never a good reader, only a good rereader.Another truism to ponder: Critics are only failed artists.
