Good 20" TV: recommendations?
Posted by Jay on March 5, 1999 at 12:43:40:
In search of a decent 20" TV with a component video or S-video input at least. I just saw the Sony website on the KV-20V80 which has a S-video input but no component video. Anyway, it seems inexpensive at $349 from the first mail order place I saw. Does Sony still make good picture tubes?
I heard some disparaging remakes about them in the late 90s as not being as good as they once were or is that the competition is simply catching up?Any recommendations for something along that priceline is welcome. I am
sort of looking for TV/VCR combos but the ones the Sony make don't have S-video nor component in, but it's not a necessity, just a convience. Until recordable DVD players arrive I guess... if that's possible.Jay
