"My Kid Could Paint That"...

Posted by mkuller on March 21, 2008 at 11:09:37:

...my wife and I watched this fascinating film on DVD the other night and were pleasantly surprised.

It raises questions about the nature of modern art - what qualifies, for example. There is some interesting discussion provided by the art critic for the New York Times.

But the actual story tackles the issue of a cute, 4 year old child artist/prodigy and the questions about whether she really created her paintings, which sold for an average of $10,000 each, herself or had help from her father.

Personally, I thought her dad was a little strange.

Recommended.
