The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

Posted by Brian A on June 27, 2011 at 21:56:35:

Okay, so I qualify for two of three.

Saw it for the first time, picked up the Blu Ray for $15 or so. Nice flick placed in Civil War West. Seemed odd the mixture of hard core western scenes, shootouts, hangings, etc. and the Civil war. Liked the big three-way shootout at the end and how ole Clint solved the impossible problem.

The movie was quite long, just under three hours. I never had seen too many westerns. They were huge when I was a kid and I never really understood them. When I watch them now I find they are much better then I originally realized. All I remembered were the shootouts and dead Indians.
