Possibly as I saw TBC as a lad and it was a thinking mans Western-I failed to grasp
it's "entertainment" value-however the Grandeur/Music and Scale of the production was
inspiring-you were right I should've included it over RB-guess I was more easily swayed
by the played up "bravado" and sympathy acting by Wayne the boozer and the pretty
boy. The Shoot scene with Dean in the Saloon was classic though. As escapism and cliches go it ranks high.
Also by the way--how did Charlton Heston jump into his pants in one go-ha!
