Tyrell's niece Sarah, (who Rachel's memories are based on), is running the company...She wants to find Deckard and Rachel...as you stated went into hiding...Ryan Gosling is the lead and Ford does not show up until the 3rd act...

Replicatants may come out of storage...

Potential of the "human" versions of Roy Batty, Hauer, and Pris, Hannah, may make an appearance...not sure on Young. Sean Young burned allot of bridges...

Who is directing keeps jumping back and forth from Scott to Denis Villeneuve...
