A funny movie, in both uses of the word. Funny in the conventional way, but the humor is played across a grim reality that any random decision from a higher up will put a bullet in your head., a new list is made daily.

It is a wild one, with a nice cast. Perhaps my enjoyment was influenced by some long ago trips to the USSR , I saw those days from a workers perspective, and had a brush with the secret police.
