Available via the link below, statistics for Blu-ray and HD DVD re: audio codec, video codec, disc size, studio, etc. You can click on the underlined categories at the top of each column to sort the stats for each category. Want to see pie charts? Scroll to the bottom of the page.

The link gives you Blu-ray stats (with Audio Codec as the sort preference, but you can change that); however, you can click on the HD DVD link at the top right of the page (it's in pink) when you get there to see the same type of information.
