Sony S 570 issues

Is this player a piece of crap or is it me? It doesn't have "resume" functionality. It's constantly having "network errors" when accessing internet content. These are "errors" that my laptop that is 10' feet away from it isn't experiencing. It loads so @$#%ing slow that I have actually dozed off waiting for it to connect. And, when I access "Pandora" radio, the thing only plays one song at a time. I have to physically tell it to play each selection. If this is common behavior for Blu-Ray players, I think I'll wait 5 more years until they are as functional as DVD players were 12 years ago.
