Streaming vs.DVD

Posted by "Ron B" on October 24, 2011 at 21:43:46:

I have been using both services provided by Netflix and really find the DVD better in overall quality (picture/sound) mainly because of my HS modem. I am receiving the minimum speed processing from my ISP and that is all that is available at the moment. Maybe I'll change my mind if the ISP upgrades service to my site. Anyway, the best part of the whole thing revolves around movies that are not available through streaming so I pick them up on DVD and while waiting for them to come in the mail, I watch whatever streaming events are available at that time. Best of both worlds. I do not want the DVD to go away permanently. I need both formats
