How are the Samsung LED tv's?

Posted by mbnx01 on November 23, 2011 at 10:47:52:

I have a Sony LCD-Projector which I like, but am looking for a smaller form factor.

Most LCD/LED sets look awful to me. 'Soap Opera Effect', etc. Everything looks too bright and film looks like video.

But I saw a Samsung LED the other day and thought the picture was stunning. Of course stores these days run the same crappy picture through all your tv's - it's not like the old days where you could bring in your dvd and watch the same thing on different tv's.

So, any Samsung LED fans out here? Or should I stick with Plasma for my next set?
