Chromecast 'Buffering' after a half hour of streaming........

I am away for the winter and got a Chromecast to hook up to the TV here. Got it set up fine and started streaming movies.

1.) Rented a movie from Google Play Movies. It streamed flawlessly for about 30 minutes and then started 'buffering' every 2 minutes or so to the point of not watchable.

2.) Took movie and downloaded it to my Android Tablet, thinking the internet was the weak link (Even though I measure 50 mbps - even when the movie is buffering.

3.) Used google chromecast to 'cast' movie from the Tablet to the TV. Again the Movie played flawlessly for 20-30 minutes before it started to 'buffer' again every couple of minutes.

4.) Deleted movie on tablet and casted from my laptop via the internet and watched about 45 minutes of the movie, streaming from the internet to my laptop and the 'casted' to the TV. Then the movie started buffering again every few minutes.

Anyone know what my problem is?
