Well, last month I bought the deluxe version of LOTR that comes with 30 extra minutes and a Movie Cash check to see the Two Towers, which opens today.I may hit the twilight show, or even the evening show, once I finish up the last 80 minutes of the extended version, which I began last night.
The Miami Herald gave it 3.5 out of 4 stars and says it's an improvement over the first installment. Should be fun.

Saw it last night...it's intense...Jackson's version of orcs are more vile and detestible that I imagined...I don't know how I'm supposed to wait a whole another YEAR to see ROTK....Much like the original books, Fellowship achieves a greater sense of closure than TTT...The only disappointment is the ending...you wish it would just keep on going.
the bad guys are pretty bad, no doubt. I kept thinking about the Saturday Night Live skit from years back--"What would have happened if Napolean had had a B-52 bomber at the battle of Waterloo?"So far, it's a nice cash cow for New Line and PJ. I'm happy for both of them.
