BB is having probs due to the popularity of Netfix, low priced (new) DVD's, and the increased availibilty of movie channels and direct movies on cable........

They were going to do a hostile takeover, but the FTC started nosing around, and they backed off. I think the Movie Gallery is going to buy them, in a more friendly, board-approved fashion.
