Typical serial killer tracked by the FBI agent who is on probation. Clint did it better. Couple of idiot plot devices, like when the Highway patrolman stops the "killer" realizes he is suspicious, and tells him to go into his car and get the keys out.Guess what he comes out with imntead of the keys?
And the horrible editing where each 5 seconds there is a camera angle switch. Annoying. Kingley is OK, the guy is barely passable, and the inevitable woman cop is stiff as a board. She runs well. A few real scary scenes. OK.
Follow Ups:
...Kingsly is good no matter what he's in (and I'm a Carrie Ann Moss fan from Matrix and Memento) but I couldn't figure out why he just didn't kill himself at the end.
Have to agree the editing was terrible. Instead of moving the story along I thought they slowed it down even a they were too fast! Even boring in parts because of the long "red scenes" and other gimmacks.
Didn't work for me.
