....so bad in fact, I could only make it through the first 45 minutes. (About 40 minutes loo long!) I'll admit that my expectations weren't too high going in, given the prominence of Jude Law's role - but even that didn't prepare me for what a POS this one was. Awful plot, weak acting, very little character development....
Luckily I missed this one in the theatres. Was it marketed as s a comedy?

I was forced to sit through this mess and pretend to acknowledge something good about it in order appease the ball and chain. Before anyone bashes me for being "P-whipped",it's almost always easier to just nod your head than get into it over a stupid movie. I choose (and win) my battles carefully! Of course she also loved "Rushmore" from the same director and also "starring" Jason Schwartzman. Both films just totally sucked.

And, yes, supposedly it is a comedy.

I hated the main charactor so much I can't even remember his name. I too could not last past about 40 minutes.
The worst part- people actually got real money for doing this movie.
