I apologize in advance for the total lack of information that I have on this movie...There is a naked woman (or nearly naked) that escapes from jail and as she is running she bumps into a guy who is working with tools and I think they start going at it right away. That is the only detail I remember (makes me sound like a freak, i know, but it was a really good movie). This is not a porn movie (I don't think :)), but it's definitely rated R and I'm pretty sure it's from the 80's (around the time of My Chauffeur).

It's a sort of vampires - from - outer - space movie from 1985. The very memorable Mathilda May escapes naked from a containment facility and spends most of the movie walking around nude and absorbing the "life force" of Londoners. Steve Railsback was the male lead.
