I'm almost too old. I saw it in the theater and it struck me as poorly acted, poorly written and cliche filled but several people who's opinions I generally trust really liked it so I wound up seeing it again at home almost a year later and I saw it differently. I felt like there was SOMETHING there. Something at its core that I wound up connecting to. It certainly wasn't a great movie but I felt like I understood why so many people liked it.Don't piss on my shoe and tell me it's raining.

If I were to look for "something" in every pile of crap, I would miss on many great films in the meantime.
