This is a 2003 film starring and produced by Hiyary Swank.
It's another of those films that could have been Crash. Several separate stories intercut and retold from different points of view building to events occurring at 11.14PM.
But where it varies from most of the rest is that it has scenes shot with the dark humour and shock values of 60's zombie and horror films.
This changes it a lot and while it might be seen as a slight movie it can also give you some great moments.
Don't make a big deal over it but watch it one night and you might enjoy it.

and the plot was far fetched. Crash was ten times better, and that ain't saying much.
