  I am not a big fan of the genre, though I did like "Let the Right One In" and Kathryn Bigelow's "Near Dark."
  
  My all time favorite is this one:

  I will seek this one out.
  
  My favorite of the genre was the original Kolchak movie on TV...."The Night Stalker."
  
  Even it was schlock, however.

  I wasn't paying that much attention at the time. They did say it was well done. Something like party girl vamps just want to have fun(?).
  The disc comes out in September.

      know, never showed any actual violence in "Psycho." It was all reaction. You, however, continually praise gore fests. Occasionally, if it is central to the plot, I'll allow it. I'd never watch a "Hostel" or some such other crap, the kind you regularly obsess over.
