I'd never waste anything more expensive. And damned if it didn't come out freekin great. We lost the recipe a decade ago and all attempts to recreate it have failed.

    Nowdays, kids are a lot more aware. A 23 year old couple came over this weeknd (the female's parents were joining us for dinner and she and her fiance usally show up as well). They bring over a bottle of Stags Leap Merlot. We were in our late 20s before we even had a clue (but we learned fast!!).
