"That is the very topic of Westworld--debunking the myths of a white male dominated world, heck they even chose a western theme where those myths find their most hyperbolic expression."
I say...
About which Westworld do you speak? The original movie from the seventies, or this recent HBO remake?
The original movie was really more of a action/drama about a theme park with android actors that just goes wrong and the androids start killing the paying customers.
This new Westworld TV series, on the other hand, is a recent rewrite coming out of Hollywood that has designed into it all of the above social issues noted in the OP. Two different things, really.

Follow Ups:
I was referring to the HBO series, haven't seen to movie in a very long time. And yes, I'm agreeing that the themes are all there, but they are there because those themes ARE the story, not merely tacted on to cater to political correctness. Perhaps put another way, if you remove all the themes the OP considers political correctness then there is no there there. ;> )
I binge watched the HBO 1st season last year. The PC socially engineered contexts did not bother me too much. Let the girls have their fun. Everything will settle into the mix given a little time.
I guess season 2 starts next month.
