Hello John, I've been ordering from them fairly regularly
for about 10 months now, and have a good friend who has dealt with them for the last, oh 2 years. Neither of us
has had any problems with them, although I will say that they're not the fastest deliveries I've had. As a matter of fact I've come to expect my orders with them to take longer than my orders with other vendors,but I always get
my order(usually just about when I start to wonder about it :). )I'd suggest you leave an e-mail at the website.

I am guessing their delivery times are way behind because they are handling more runouts of LD's & are still using the same staff. I asked them to send me stuff on hold a month ago but it is still sitting on the "hold" list. They rarely answer my emails. I had hoped my post might spark some more replies so pressure could be brought to bear on them but it appears few video inmates use the place.
Bottom line - I'm giving up doing more business with them.
