Hello, hoping someone here can assist.Received a dvd player for christmas. Hooked it up with the S-Video out from the DVD into the In on the receiver. Then hooked the red/white audio cables same way. out to the in. What I can't figure out is this. How do I switch input to the DVD player now? Thanks for any assistance.

Consult your manual.you cannot expect an answer when you do not give specifics about the model number of the receiver.... are your hearing the dvd but not seeing it????? vice-versa???
